Wilson Homes is a family-owned and operated homebuilder with a 50+ year legacy of crafting homes, neighborhoods and communities of greater value and distinction. Guided by founder Leo Wilson—a charismatic leader who was honored with a prestigious California Builder Hall of Fame Award—Wilson Homes has been a company of firsts. It was Wilson that created Fresno’s first condominium community and the first custom community at Royal Coach Estates, including Fresno’s first lakefront community. The company was also instrumental in the planning and creation of Loma Vista with the City of Clovis, where they have built Summit, Camden Place, Canterbury, Chadwick, Regent Park, and now the second community for Elev8ions, the wildly successful neighborhood collection that made its debut in Harlan Ranch.    

 

In the complete corporate rebrand for Wilson Homes—which included everything from a new logomark and brand identity to sales center graphics—we ushered in clean lines, vibrant colors and a more contemporary design aesthetic overall—positioning the beloved Central Valley homebuilder to take on the next 50 years.
