After getting pregnant with our first son, I started researching different types of educations and preschools we wanted to follow for him. After some intensive reading, research and many preschool tours, the direction became very clear that our parenting style most aligns with Montessori. We found the top Montessori schools in Orange Country and applied to get on the extensive waiting list. The particular school was so high in demand that I was still pregnant when we applied for a spot.
There is so much we love about Montessori, but utilizing your child's' potential and not setting limits on things they can do at a very young age, were top of that list, not to mention the beautiful classrooms with wooden work and not the traditional plastic, colorful and loud ones found in most daycares.
